House rules

To keep the guesthouse comfortable for everyone, we ask that all guests follow these rules:

Only registered guests are allowed on the property.
Quiet hours are 20:00 to 10:00 the following day.
No parties or events.
All rooms are non-smoking. Smoking in a room carries a R500 fine.
Please respect other guests and neighbouring properties.
Guests are responsible for any damage caused during their stay.

Check-in & check-out

Check-in: 14:00 to 20:00. Early check-in before 14:00 is R150 per room, or R500 for full-house bookings. Late check-in is R50 per room, or R200 for full-house bookings.

Check-out: 05:00 to 10:00

Parking

Blue Valley, Green Valley, Greystone and the Forestry Cottage each include one on-site parking space. The Greenland Room does not include on-site parking. No unit is allocated more than one space.

Smoking

All rooms are non-smoking. Smoking in a room carries a R500 fine. Guests may use the designated outdoor smoking area where provided.

Indemnity

Olivia Pines Guesthouse is private property and right of admission is reserved. Guests enter and use the premises at their own risk to the extent permitted by law. Guests are responsible for their personal belongings and vehicles while on the property. Vehicles and belongings are left on the premises at the guest's own risk. Olivia Pines Guesthouse, its owners, management and staff will not be liable for loss, theft, damage, injury or accidents except where liability cannot lawfully be excluded.
